Prominent Squad members, including Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) and Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN), were arrested outside the Supreme Court for protesting against the recent decision striking down Roe v. Wade.
“More than a dozen Democratic members of Congress were among those arrested by Capitol Police on Tuesday afternoon as part of an abortion rights protest in front of the Supreme Court,” CNN reported.

Ilhan Omar made the announcement about her “arrest” on Twitter.
“Today I was arrested while participating in a civil disobedience action with my fellow Members of Congress outside the Supreme Court,” she argued. “I will continue to do everything in my power to raise the alarm about the assault on our reproductive rights!”
“Reproductive rights” is a radical Democrat euphemism for murdering unborn babies.
Omar and other lawmakers led a demonstration near the Supreme Court with chants of “our body, our choice.” These were the same lawmakers who unironically supported Covid vaccine mandataes throughout the pandemic.
