A Chatham building boss has warned “snowflakes” not to take the trouble to apply for jobs at his company.

Adam Weedon, 40, declares he has burnt through ten “work-shy” men in a year who “love their phone and want their mummy to pamper them”.

In an ironic advert for his company, Ad-A-Brick Building Services, Adam has sworn to eliminate anty unsuitable candidates.

he advert was posted on the company’s social media page, describing what the role involves, the pay rate and that a driving licence is a must.

Then the ad also discloses that the job is “hard work, so no snowflakes need apply”.

The ad, posted on December 14, reads: “JOB ADVERT FOR JANUARY ONWARDS. Full-time labouring position, pay dependent on experience, hard work so no snowflakes need apply.

Driving licence preferred or close to Walderslade.”

Social media users have slammed the advert.

One wrote: “If you think everyone else is the problem, maybe you’re the problem.”

Another wrote: “What’s the minimum rate? I’m sure they’ve all left because the work was too hard and nothing to do with you as a boss.”

While a third penned: “10 people all workshy?More like, this geezer treats them like sh1t. Talks to them like sh1t. Treats them like a servant, with no manners.

“We all know what brickies are like. Little to no education. Non-existant interpersonal skills.

“Gob-sh1tes.Nice try in passing the buck though fella.P.s. everyone leave the guy a bad review.”
