How is it the HHS Secretary has NO science or health Degree, but dictates Health policy?

This is Political Science , Lets get back to the Real Science. CDC even came back to say it was only 6% of people counted actually died from Covid, don’t count all the gun shot victims, car crashes or gramma in palliative care as a COVID death.
They cherry pick the stats they want to use and hide the peer review studies that contradict their agenda. These people are career criminals that bounce from position to position between FDA, CDC, Pfizer and other Government and Bog Pharma companies all while using big tech to acquire the data on everyone.
