US💉@COVID19Up: COVID-19 vaccine uptake has advanced at a crawl in Michigan since late last summer, but the state still believes more holdout residents can be convinced to get a shot.
After spending more than $77.6 million in state and federal funds for its COVID-19 vaccine advertising campaign in 2021 and the first quarter of 2022, Michigan has earmarked another $9.5 million for the months April through June, according Department of Health and Human Services data.
Michiganders can expect to see COVID-19 vaccine messaging across various channels including TV, radio, billboards, and social media, as long as the coronavirus pandemic continues.
