Aiders and abettors of Nuremberg Crimes are equally guilty and have also been prosecuted, convicted, and executed.
I agree that the Nurumberg Code is the best defence for this situation. The only thing that concerns me is that after the Nurumberg Trials, most Nazi scientists that they said were punished and/or executed for thier crimes, were actually subsumed into the American Government to develop bio-logical weapons for US defence.
As the world battles COVID-19, several theories about its existence and its origin are doing the rounds. One of them is about how it spread and it was from a leak from a Wuhan lab, an experiment that went wrong many say.
