PEDOPHILES, Child sex abusers and Child pornographers – exposing Canada’s Healthcare Leaders – Part 3 – Child pornography problem at College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta during the pandemic
In case you missed the viral expose of Canada’s healthcare leaders who are child sex abusers in their spare time:
PART 1 – PEDOPHILES, Child sex abusers and Child pornographers – exposing Canada’s Healthcare Leaders – Part 1 – Pedophiles at Alberta Health Services and Alberta & BC Governments
PART 2 – PEDOPHILES, Child sex abusers and child pornographers – exposing Canada’s Healthcare Leaders – PART 2 – Child Sex Trafficking, Alberta Colleges of Physicians and Surgeons and University of Alberta
Shortly After publication of Part 2, former Alberta Premier Rachel Notley announced her resignation as leader of Alberta NDP opposition party as well as her retirement from politics.
The timing may or may not be coincidental.
PART 3:
Aug.28, 2023 – Edmonton pediatrician convicted of possessing and transmitting child pornography
- An Edmonton pediatrician has been found guilty of possessing and transmitting child pornography after a judge rejected claims a family member might have accessed the material
- Alberta Court of King’s Bench Justice Kent Davidson convicted Dr. Ghassan Al-Naami of the two offences Monday following a lengthy trial that began in January.
- Al-Naami, who was allowed to remain on bail pending sentencing, looked downcast as he exited the courtroom with his lawyer.
- The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA) said Al-Naami’s practice permit remains active, with supervisory conditions.
- Al-Naami was arrested at Edmonton International Airport on Aug. 11, 2019, as he returned from a trip to England with his wife and children.
- Earlier that year, police had learned from the RCMP’s National Child Exploitation Crime Centre that a user, eventually tracked to Al-Naami’s IP address, had downloaded and transferred a video of what appeared to be a prepubescent girl being sexually abused.
- The judge estimated her age at between six and 11.
- Investigators obtained a warrant and searched the Al-Naami home while the family was on vacation. They also seized a number of devices from Al-Naami at the airport. Forensic analysis of the devices led to the discovery of the video.
- The clip included an adult man and a young girl, neither of whose faces were visible. The analysis also revealed sexually explicit Skype chat logs, in which a user associated with Al-Naami’s computer told another user he was watching a video of someone having sex with minors.
- The message asked if the other user would like to see it, after which the Al-Naami account sent the video. The account used was separate from Al-Naami’s normal Skype account, but included a picture of him as its avatar, Davidson said.
- Al-Naami’s trial began in January (2023) and was delayed repeatedly by procedural issues.
- The judge said it did not make sense that someone other than Al-Naami would use his devices to access pornography. Nor would it have been reasonable for Al-Naami to allow family members to use the devices, which contained intimate images of himself.
- Al-Naami began practicing medicine in Alberta around 2012 and worked both in Fort McMurray and Edmonton, according to information released at the time of his arrest. At the time, he was listed as a doctor with Bright Futures Clinic in Edmonton.
- In a statement, the CPSA said Al-Naami has been allowed to continue practicing with a CPSA-approved chaperone
How the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta protects pedophiles, child sex abusers and child pornography distributors
After the arrest on Aug.11, 2019, the College asked Dr.Al-Naami to “voluntarily” withdraw from practice. Here is the press release.
It is my understanding that he initially agreed to withdraw but then went to Court of King’s Bench to get himself reinstated.
Who were the CPSA Officials who allowed Dr.Al-Naami to return to his PEDIATRIC practice?
- CPSA Registrar Dr.Scott McLeod (2017- )
- CPSA Complaints Director Dr.Michael Caffaro (2015- )
- Craig Boyer (CPSA Head Legal Counsel 2005- )
- These three officials are pictured at the start of this article
On August 28, 2023, Dr.Al-Naami was convicted of two child porn offenses
- CPSA allowed Dr.Al-Naami to continue to practice PEDIATRIC medicine for two full years from Sep.2021 until August 28, 2023 when he was convicted of child pornography offenses.
- To this day, CPSA maintains a clean record of his medical license on their website (see photo below – disciplinary actions: NONE)
My Analysis:
College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta protects pedophiles, child sex abusers and child pornography creators and distributors.
Furthermore, the College does everything possible to give pedophiles and child sex abusers continued access to Alberta’s children. Don’t be fooled by the “chaperone condition”. That is not sufficient protection for a child from an experienced child sexual predator.
This is now the 3rd horrific case that I have written about in January 2024.
Let’s review:
Dr.Albert de Villiers (Part 1)
- AHS Chief Medical Officer, Head of Pediatrics for Alberta Ministry of Health during Premier Rachel Notley government 2015-2019
- sexually assaulted a 7 year old boy and two other children from Jan.2017 to July 2020 and was arrested in British Columbia where BC NDP government gave him unpaid leave worth over $700,000.
- College maintained a clean record of his Inactive Alberta medical license on their website the entire time.
Dr.Fred Janke (Part 2)
- President of Alberta College of Family Physicians during Premier Rachel Notley government 2015-2019
- engaged in child sex trafficking for a 5 year old girl to have sex with and create and distribute child pornography with.
- Upon arrest, College spokesman Steve Buick said “he was a good doctor to his patients”
- Alberta Crown prosecutor dropped charges in Nov.2020 just before trial – I strongly suspect Crown Prosecutor conducted a cover-up to protect a large child sex trafficking ring involving Alberta and British Columbia and elite clientele.
- April 2021 College re-instated his Alberta medical license
- allowed to practice medicine in Alberta from April 2021 to Feb.2023 (retired)
- College maintaind a clean record of his Inactive Alberta medical license on their website at all times
Dr. Ghassan Al-Naami (Part 3)
- Edmonton pediatrician arrested in August 2019 for possession and distribution of child pornography involving sex acts of a girl estimated 6 to 11 years old and an adult male.
- Sep.2021 College re-instated his Alberta medical license while he awaited trial
- allowed to practice medicine as PEDIATRICIAN in Alberta from Sep.2021 until his conviction in Aug.2023 (convicted of two child pornography charges)
- College maintained a clean record of his Inactive Alberta medical license on their website at all times.
COVID-19 PANDEMIC IN ALBERTA:
- During 2020-2024, College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta initiated disciplinary proceedings, destruction of professional reputation and deliberately damaged or stripped doctors of medical licenses for the following offenses:
- providing informed consent to patients about COVID-19 vaccines
- attempting to treat COVID-19 patients with Early treatments
- Providing mask exemption letters
- providing vaccine exemption letters
- opposing the vaccine mandate
- engaging in free speech about COVID-19 vaccines on social media
SUMMARY:
- During 2020-2024 you were allowed to practice medicine in Alberta with a clean record and no disciplinary proceedings if you:
- engaged in child sex trafficking of a 5 year old girl to have sex with and to produce and distribute child pornography with (College ensured ongoing access to Alberta children for 2 years with a clean medical license record)
- possessed and distributed child pornography of a 6 to 11 year old (College ensured ongoing access to Alberta children as a PEDIATRICIAN for 2 years with a clean medical license record)
- During 2020-2024, you were NOT allowed to practice medicine in Alberta with a clean record, you were put under professional reputation damaging disciplinary proceedings or you were stripped of your medical license if you:
- provided informed consent to your patients about COVID-19 vaccines
- attempted to treat COVID-19 patients with Early Treatments
- provided mask exemption letters
- provided vaccine exemption letters
- opposed the vaccine mandate
- engaged in free speech about COVID-19 vaccines on social media
- refused to take a COVID-19 vaccine and you were reported by a colleague
- I need to explain what I mean by a clean medical license record for the child sex abusers.
- The College did NOT record any “disciplinary proceedings” so these child sex abusers could get medical licenses in other provinces because their medical license record was clean.
- In contrast, if you even slightly went against the COVID-19 narrative and tried to stand up for your patients, the College immediately initiated disciplinary proceedings that would tarnish and damage your medical license and prevent you from getting a medical license in another province or another country.
- In short, the College immediately took your license hostage and held it as leverage, if you tried to protect your COVID-19 patients, and would damage or destroy your ability to earn an income for your family.
- However, the College didn’t do this if you sexually assaulted children or were involved in child pornography, as the College did everything to keep your record “clean” with no “disciplinary proceedings”.
