Fight breaks out over gender ideology at Aldergrove, BC community event

Chaos erupted in an Aldergrove, BC parking lot between a group opposed to indoctrinating kids with gender ideology and an individual who went berserk over their messaging.

At one point, the deep-voiced individual – whose gender cannot be determined – removes their shirt to reveal a sports bra, and squeezes their right breast as if to insist they are a woman.

The Freedom Party of British Columbia (FPBC), a political party that formed earlier this year, set up an information booth in the parking lot outside the Aldergrove Fair on July 15.

“We were informing people about SOGI 123 [pro-trans educational material] in schools,” said FPBC leader Amrit Birring. “Most of the parents already knew about it and don’t like it a bit. They just don’t know what to do about it. That’s where we come in.”

FPBC members had signs that opposed childhood indoctrination of “transgenderism” in schools, including the “sexualization” of children.

One aggressive passerby in the parking lot took issue with the group.

Video footage released by the FPBC shows an unhinged shirtless individual attacking some of their members. The shirtless individual has a bloody nose, but it is unclear how that happened. It is also unclear based on the video who first initiated physical contact.

At one point, the shirtless individual squeezes the area on their chest that may or may not contain breast tissue –  an apparent counter argument to being called a “he” by one of the FPBC members.

“He punched me!” screamed an elderly woman, referring to the shirtless individual.

“She! She is a woman!” shouts another woman, who was accompanying the shirtless individual.

“Well, you called me a man,” the individual said, as if to justify getting violent.

“Fight me, fight me,” the individual said at one point to FPBC member Kristopher Maya, who is heard in the video self-identifying as gay. The individual then lunged at Kristopher, trying to land punches and kicks.

Birring said the individual was chasing people around, slapping phones out of hands, and spitting on some people.

According to Birring, the individual spat on Kristopher, and during the scuttle, Kristopher ended up punching the individual. The individual’s friend allegedly ran off with a FPBC member’s phone during the chaos.

Police have assigned a case number to the incident, and paramedics were on scene.

More details to come.

Thousands of parents across Canada have been speaking up against the on-going and escalating gender ideology that is being pushed in public schools.
