The victim said Carter kidnapped her from the street about five years ago when she was pregnant and panhandling
The victim said Carter kept her locked in his garage and repeatedly forced her to have sex with him and take drugs
The victim said she met Carter – a rapper with the stage name Viper – four or five years ago when she was pregnant and panhandling off Almeda Geona.
Carter pulled over to give her a dollar, then returned shortly after and told her if she got in his car he would give her help.
Then for the next four to five years, the victim said Carter kept her locked in his garage and repeatedly forced her to have sex with him and take drugs.
‘Defendant [Carter] would force her to take pills along with crack cocaine and other illegal narcotics, causing her to become physically unable to leave the location,’ said court documents.
The victim was able to use Carter’s laptop and contacted the police via the Text Now application.

Carter was finally arrested in April when police responded to a welfare check at his house and rescued a dog
She said she had previously tried to escape by breaking one of the windows and crawling out. She was taken to the hospital, but Carter picked her up from there and took her back to the garage where he boarded up the windows.
It is unknown what happened with the victim’s pregnancy while she was held captive.
Fox News reported a warrant was filed against Carter in April, but his arrest did not happen until Friday.
Police were called to do a welfare check at the residence when they found the dog inside.
Carter was then arrested at a motel and is being held in Harris County Jail on $100,000 bond.
